If you are ready with the section Developing a CSR strategy, now time has come to put your knowledge into practice.
Please look for examples of organizations from the same sector but of different sizes and compare their CSR approaches:
BNP Paribas is a French international banking group. It is the world's 8th largest bank by total assets, and currently operates with a presence in 72 countries. Its number of employees: 202,624 (2018).

Please watch the videos and search the indicated websites to gain some understanding the CSR approches of these three firms from the banking and financial sector: BNP Paribas, Triodos and Dundalk Credit Unin. Please compare the CSR approaches of these firms and share your thoughts in the discussion by answering following questions:
What kind of similarities and differences in the CSR approaches of all the three firms can you recognize?
Try to explain the potential drivers for developing the CSR approach in each case. 
You can also bring your own examples of big and small firms from the same sector and discuss the differences in their CSR approach.
